Sadie Jewell-Hight, M.S., BCBA, LBA

Director of Clinical Quality and Compliance

Sadie brings over 20 years of experience in human services, with more than 16 years in the field of behavior analysis. She has had the privilege of serving children, youth, and adults across a wide range of settings, including in-home services, therapeutic foster care, juvenile detention, residential programs, and school environments, supporting meaningful and lasting change.

Her professional journey began as a respite care provider during high school and evolved into a career rooted in social work and policy-focused systems change. Sadie’s research initiatives span nonprofit management and the application of ABA with geriatric populations, reflecting her commitment to innovation and ethical practice across the lifespan.

Guided by a belief in staying curious and choosing what is right over what is easy, Sadie currently serves as Director of Clinical Quality and Compliance at The Treetop, where she leads research, innovation, and quality initiatives to ensure services remain ethical, effective, and person-centered.

Outside of work, Sadie enjoys watching her daughters stick landings as competitive gymnasts, hiking with her dog, and keeping company with her cats.
