VP of Clinical Operations

Jaime has dedicated more than 25 years to clinical and operational leadership in behavior analysis, with a career grounded in direct service and shaped by large-scale systems leadership. She began her work supporting children and families in hands-on clinical roles, experiences that continue to inform her thoughtful, ethical approach to care.

As a Board Certified and Licensed Behavior Analyst, Jaime has led clinical operations across multi-state ABA organizations, overseeing clinical quality, training, compliance, and organizational growth. She is known for building strong, stable clinical teams, developing scalable systems that support consistency and quality, and guiding organizations through periods of expansion and change. Her expertise includes complex clinical case profiles, assessment and treatment planning, and cross-disciplinary collaboration to improve outcomes and access to care.

Jaime’s leadership is rooted in the belief that children and families deserve services grounded in integrity, accountability, and compassion, and that clinicians do their best work when they are supported, well-trained, and valued. She remains deeply committed to advancing practices that are person-centered, sustainable, and responsive to the real needs of those served.

When she’s not working, Jaime enjoys road-tripping with her family, exploring new trails, and catching live music whenever possible. As a parent of two daughters, she brings both professional expertise and personal insight to her commitment to supporting children and families.
