Dr. Sheena Piehota, Ph.D., QBA, BCBA, LBA

VP of Clinical Services

Sheena Piehota brings over 12 years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis and psychology, with a career spanning clinical practice, research, and leadership. She is a Board Certified and Licensed Behavior Analyst and holds a Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, giving her a unique perspective at the intersection of clinical excellence, systems development, and workforce effectiveness.

Throughout her career, Sheena has supported individuals with developmental disabilities and autism across diverse clinical and research settings. Her professional interests include public policy, expanding access to care for underserved communities, and supporting military families. She currently serves as Vice President of the QABA Board, where she contributes to the development and advancement of best practices within the field of behavior analysis.

Sheena is a proud military spouse and the mother of two daughters, experiences that deeply inform her commitment to advocacy, ethical practice, and improving access to high-quality services for families navigating complex systems of care.
